As a Utility Dispatch Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe response to utility damage incidents. You will receive, interpret, prioritize, and respond to routine and emergency dispatch calls with speed and accuracy. You will assign calls to cable and telecommunications investigators and track case progress. You will monitor live status displays while managing inbound and outbound calls, and maintain accurate call statuses, investigator locations, and dispatch updates. You will enter and retrieve data across multiple systems, including computer-aided dispatch platforms. You will process new damage reports involving power, gas, and electrical utilities, as well as insurance and citizen inquiries. You will complete claim entries using detailed damage and location information from field technicians. You will communicate through phone, email, and SMS, adapting quickly to changing conditions. You will coordinate responses to weather events, safety hazards, and territory-specific needs. You will escalate dispatch issues appropriately to the Field Manager and meet productivity, quality, and performance expectations as defined by Auxillium and the client. You will perform additional related duties as needed to support operational success.
