About The Position

At Eco Garage Door Services, every customer interaction matters. As a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative, you will be a key connection between our customers, technicians, and leadership team. This role combines customer service, scheduling coordination, dispatching, sales support, and operational communication to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and efficient daily operations. This is not a slow-paced office position. Every day brings new challenges, changing schedules, and opportunities to help customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Buda, Texas

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related industries
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
  • Experience supporting field service technicians
  • Confidence discussing products and services with customers

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service, repairs, and installations
  • Make outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and scheduling updates
  • Manage technician schedules and dispatch activities throughout the day
  • Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that provide value to customers
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information, service notes, payments, and estimates
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service-related questions
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer service
