Requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
Nice To Haves
- Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain heavy email traffic
- Provide updates to customers via phone & email
- Track & trace a variety of loads and ensure delivery
- Manage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels
- Maintain and dispatch load assignments to drivers
- Collaborate with internal department to resolve issues
- Enter and update load information into AS400
- Analyze weekly score cards
- Create weekly logistics reports
- Manage multiple customer web portals
- Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
