About The Position
Cool Willy’s Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Trades Dispatcher to join our team in Tucson! If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment, know how to keep technicians moving efficiently, and are comfortable working in Service Titan, we want to hear from you. This role involves dispatching and scheduling service technicians, managing technician close-outs, utilizing Service Titan for job management, updating clients, and handling schedule changes and emergencies. The goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Previous dispatcher experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Service Titan (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule service technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Manage closes out technicians, assuring information, parts, and pay are correct
- Utilize Service Titan to schedule jobs, manage technician workflows, and update job statuses
- Update clients on appointment times
- Handle schedule changes, emergencies, and priority calls with confidence
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
