About The Position

The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions, using data-first engineering and value-stream management to provide real-time visibility into value flow. It applies AI, ML, and predictive analytics to improve delivery processes and accelerate time to market.

In the assigned role of Technology Project Lead 2, the lead defines project objectives and scope in line with business goals, collaborates with stakeholders, and maintains client relationships through regular updates. The role drives process improvements, manages project risks, estimates and budgets, optimizes resource allocation, and supports technical and commercial proposals. It also contributes to resource planning, performance appraisals, team development, and the management of scope changes, client requirements, approvals, and contractual updates.

The role calls for a strategic, client-focused approach to project delivery, strong problem-solving and project economics skills, relationships with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders, leadership that supports team growth, and a commitment to learning and innovation. Relocation and/or travel to the work or project location may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Telecom OSS/BSS experience or skills.
• Java skills.
• Technical project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Review project deliverables and drive process improvement through innovative methodologies and tools.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support technical and commercial proposal preparation in alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development.
• Manage scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring appropriate estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
