About The Position

The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions, using a data-first approach to engineering and value-stream management. It applies technologies such as AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve delivery processes and accelerate time to market.

In the assigned role of Technology Project Lead 1, the position is responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, communication, SDLC adherence, deliverables, budgets, and scope changes. The role also emphasizes proactive risk management, collaborative stakeholder relationships, anticipating challenges, finding innovative solutions, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.

Requirements

• Experience in the telecommunications OSS/BSS domain, including the service fulfillment domain.
• Java experience.
• AWS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support technical teams in following SDLC processes and ensure deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests; support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign-offs.
• Manage risks proactively to support uninterrupted delivery.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
