Requirements

4-8 years of experience (preferred).
Experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws is required.
Strong academic credentials are required.

Experience with developing internal data protection programs.
Experience with conducting privacy assessments and building out data maps.
Experience with performing data protection impact assessments.
Experience with drafting privacy policies.
Experience with negotiating data processing agreements.
Experience advising on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, like AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, and/or kids and teen data.
Prior peer law firm experience is a plus.
