We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to join our thriving business group. The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial team while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of transactional experience.
- Experience with sophisticated LLCs and private corporations.
- Experience with private company M&A.
- Experience with a variety of commercial arrangements.
