Technology Support Technician
About The Position
Archbishop Hannan High School is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. This is a newly created, part-time position designed to provide day-to-day technical support to students, teachers, and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of troubleshooting a wide range of technology issues in a school environment. The Technology Support Technician's role is to support and help maintain school-owned devices. This includes installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance. This person will also assist troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and assist students and faculty when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology/Security, System Administration, or closely related field, or equivalent experience in technical support or help desk role.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and Macbooks.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years work experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Jamf management system, PowerSchool, Office, and Google Workspace is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to students, teachers, and staff.

- Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.
