We are looking for a Technology Specialist who will be a strategic and collaborative leader who can shape the regional technology agenda, connect operational needs with technology priorities, and support the delivery of digital solutions that create meaningful value for the business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in aligning regional technology priorities with business and operational objectives across the Americas. Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional technology lead for the Americas, ensuring business priorities are reflected in the planning and delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Build strong connections between operational and technology teams to ensure regional needs, challenges, and priorities are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Provide strategic advice to regional leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and priorities, with a focus on business value and operational impact.
  • Support the regional deployment of global technology strategies, standards, and platforms in partnership with the Technology Delivery function.
  • Drive the adoption of enterprise platforms, processes, and digital solutions across the region while considering local operational realities.
  • Lead regional implementation activities for approved initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, testing, readiness, and deployment.
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes, measure value delivered, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Help harmonize technology practices by balancing regional needs with enterprise-wide standardization goals.
  • Define and shape the strategic direction for AI, automation, data, and digital technologies, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals, while personally leading and contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and continuous improvement of practical technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Responsible AI, automation, digital transformation and associated value levers, ensuring that proposed solutions and use cases are aligned with enterprise priorities, accepted KPIs, governance requirements and appropriate safety guardrails.
  • Design, develop, test and implement AI-enabled document management and information governance solutions.
  • Develop, configure, integrate or coordinate solutions using approved enterprise technologies, with a strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, authentication methods, connectors and interoperability between platforms, including: Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps. Power BI, Sharepoint Online, Azure AI , Databricks , Microsoft 365 applications etc.
  • Act as the primary connection between PDM, operations and technology teams for assigned AI, automation, and digital initiatives.
