About The Position

We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to develop our team. Responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational objectives. Provides user support, training, and functional expertise while participating in ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting ERP applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience translating business processes into system configurations.
  • Experience supporting ERP operations and business users.
  • Experience participating in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Equivalent experience and professional training may be considered.
  • User oriented
  • Strong Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining rigor in data processing and control measures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
  • An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures
  • Capacity to perform in a constantly evolving enterprise
  • Ability to speak French with our team in Quebec
  • In a multicultural and international environment, a good command of English is necessary to interact with part of our clientele and international team.

  • Support ERP reporting requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users.
  • Develop and maintain user and technical documentation.
