About The Position

Skyward is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator for its Technology Solutions team, which partners with K-12 organizations to implement technology solutions. The role combines project coordination, customer communication, administrative support, and technology partnership management in a collaborative environment. The position is based at the corporate office in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, with remote opportunities potentially available in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WI. No relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements

Two-year or four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative and project-related activities for the Technology Solutions team.
Manage customer communications, including scheduling services, responding to inquiries, and preparing documentation.
Maintain and update project management documentation and reports.
Support Technical Support Hour and Network Assurance contract management.
Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
Assist with vendor partnerships, including coordination with technology providers such as Microsoft.
Help ensure projects and customer engagements are organized, documented, and executed effectively.
