About The Position

The Technology Services Intern works alongside experienced professionals at RDO Equipment Co.’s Billings, Montana Technology Support Center, supporting construction technology solutions and customer success. The intern creates training content, troubleshooting resources, and customer-facing materials; assists with technology services initiatives and product development projects; and helps customers with phone support and troubleshooting. The role offers exposure to construction technology products, workflows, and customer support processes while working with a collaborative team. This is a paid internship while attending college, working up to 30 hours per week.

Requirements

Be a junior or senior pursuing a degree, or demonstrate an interest in construction technology, business, or a related field.
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when completing technical projects, documentation, and assigned work.
Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
Have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop training materials, FAQs, workflows, guides, and digital resources for customers and internal teams.
Assist with product development projects, curriculum creation, digital content development, and other technology services initiatives.
Assist customers with phone support and troubleshooting for construction technology products and solutions.
Create reports, presentations, and technical content related to support activity, product updates, and customer communications.
Learn about technology products, workflows, and customer support processes alongside experienced team members.
