About The Position

At Regions, the Technology Services Implementation Specialist uses technical knowledge to support company objectives and facilitate the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) deployment and execution process for company initiatives. The role handles receiving, configuring, installing, deploying, and decommissioning IT assets—including computer systems, peripherals, printers, scanners, and servers—to support associates. This position is onsite five days a week in Cordova, Tennessee, and involves frequent travel, including overnight travel as needed. It is full-time and eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The role is not incentive eligible.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six years of experience working with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Server, PowerShell, SCCM, Active Directory, imaging, and VDI solutions.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
Ability to manage the receiving and organizing of assets.
Advanced knowledge of computer imaging, software installation and support, and implementing standard desktop and laptop solutions.
Advanced knowledge of physical server environments, network folder access, and drive mappings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in computer maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in printer installation, configuration, component functions, driver installation, maintenance, and repair.

Nice To Haves

A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
Some college-level courses plus technical training.

Responsibilities

Configure and install computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, servers, and other end-user peripherals.
Coordinate warranty repairs, replacements, and returns with manufacturers to resolve operating issues.
Maintain accurate computer asset inventory throughout the product lifecycle, including procurement, shipping, deployment, decommissioning, and disposal.
Provide training and technical assistance to users.
Support Facilities and Business Unit projects.
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
Travel frequently, including overnight as needed.
Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identify opportunities for and support process improvements; and apply disciplined change management practices.
May assist with installing, troubleshooting, and supporting core network infrastructure, including switches, routers, patch panels, and network cabling.
May offer advice and guidance to team members, helping develop necessary skills and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
