About The Position

Accenture is seeking a technically proficient and AI-savvy recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle for highly competitive talent segments, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles. The role requires serving as a talent advisor with deep market intelligence, strong candidate assessment skills, and the ability to succeed in fast-paced, scarce-talent environments. This is a specialized role focused on understanding the technology, market landscape, and moving quickly while ensuring a seamless and respectful candidate experience. The position is part of the Corporate Growth Services team, which supports Accenture's transformation through advanced shared services, data and AI insights, and a modern, human-led and AI-enabled delivery model.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience delivering full-lifecycle recruitment for technical talent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI tools for targeted sourcing (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel as needed – less than 10% expected.
  • This role is hybrid that allows for working remote and in office. In office time required: 1-2 times a month. Activities include: Third Thursdays, community and ERG events, in person interview assessment days, HR and recruiting townhalls.
  • High responsiveness and follow-through — a recruiter others can rely on to keep hiring moving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing real-time AI market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Assess AI-related technical skills and adjacent capabilities, including Agentic AI, LLM, AI platform, and AI product roles, and provide hiring managers with clear, evidence-based candidate evaluations.
  • Stay current on AI talent landscape shifts and proactively share insights with stakeholders to inform hiring strategy.
  • Lead full-lifecycle technical searches, from talent mapping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for scarce AI talent markets, utilizing diverse sourcing channels such as employee referral campaigns, social media promotion, industry-specific forums, GitHub, OSS Mining, and other channels.
  • Use AI tools and automation (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore) to enhance sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity.
  • Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding hand-off.
  • Send prompt acknowledgment and status updates to all candidates at key milestones, ensuring every candidate receives a response.
  • Utilize automated scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox) to streamline scheduling and enable self-service interview booking for candidates.
  • Provide structured, timely feedback to hiring managers within agreed SLAs, including progressing candidates to the next stage or dispositioning them within 48 hours.
  • Ensure a respectful closing process for every candidate, including constructive decline communications, to protect Accenture’s employer brand.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with onboarding teams post-offer to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Define screening criteria, evaluate pre-qualified candidates, and present a shortlist to hiring managers with clear rationale and data.
  • Create and maintain Workday dashboards to provide real-time pipeline visibility, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring activity reporting.
  • Monitor SLAs, compliance, and key operational metrics, escalating or resolving issues proactively.
  • Champion Accenture’s standard delivery solutions and ensure responsible, compliant use of AI throughout the recruiting process.
  • Partner with workforce planning and operations teams to align recruiting activity with short- and long-term talent objectives.
