As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates using various methods, interview prospective IT candidates to assess their skill set, work history, and salary requirements, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. You will also select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders, maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments to ensure exceptional customer service, and resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts, maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities, and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
