As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates using various methods, interview them to assess their qualifications, and maintain a strong pipeline of talent. You will also select well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with IT professionals on contract assignments, and resolve customer service issues. Additionally, you will generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development, maintain candidate relationships for industry knowledge and referrals, and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
