About The Position

Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking a Technology Project Manager to support its theme parks, resorts, and attractions. The role manages technology projects or work streams across multiple areas of the business, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. The position is based at the Property Support Center in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and reports to the Team Lead & Sr. Project Manager. It is a full-time contract role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; commensurate relevant experience may satisfy this requirement.
• 3–5 years of experience in a project management role in an IT environment.
• Experience working with waterfall and Agile technology delivery teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrix management organization.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to establish trust and credibility through dedication to excellence.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on project needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing IT infrastructure, system implementations, and/or software development projects.
• PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology projects or work streams from discovery and initiation through implementation.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedules, budget, and resources.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, and define paths to resolution.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders using project management best practices and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate with business and technology stakeholders through regular status reporting and escalations.
