Global HR Application Production support team as part of Enterprise Technology manages Production support tasks for GHR related applications and Application management deliverables to ensure high application availability and application standards. The individual will be part of Enterprise Technology - Application Production Support team responsible for providing production support and application management for applications under the Chief People Organization function.

Requirements

  • Strong Production support background with exposure to Level two production support tasks.
  • Experience on working with Oracle/ PL SQL, Unix/Linux, Autosys, JIL script, windows/networking basics.
  • Understanding of Incident management, Problem management, and Change management.
  • Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal and relationship development skills
  • Overall experience of 3 to 5 years
  • Exposure to working in Global team.

Nice To Haves

  • Release and deployment experience.
  • Ansible and Bladelogic experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Incident tracking and resolution
  • Triage incidents, take complete ownership & accountability to ensure restoral of service, and issue & failure resolution
  • Analyze batch flows, identify issues, fix the same and ensure proper batch completion.
  • Drive closure of incidents & problems, meeting defined SLAs.
  • Contribute to building the knowledge base for the team wherever required.
  • Proactive root cause analysis and problem management skills.
  • Provide regular communication to all the stakeholders.
  • Flexible to support on weekends/holidays as and when required on rotation.
  • Strive towards process improvement and automation.
