Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Alternatively, Bachelor’ s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience in providing operational IT support to internal and external users, delivering application stability, performance, reliability and security to align technology with business goals.
  • Four (4) years of experience in User Experience design concepts.
  • Four (4) years of experience in delivering solutions in an enterprise with a complex system environment ERP, CRM, WMS, contracts/pricing, transportation, Data Warehousing, and BI (Business Intelligence) systems.
  • Four (4) years of experience working in geographically distributed high performing development teams.
  • Four (4) years of experience communicating complicated and nuanced insights in accessible language to relevant stakeholders.
  • Four (4) years of experience with Agile/ SAFe methodologies and practices.
  • Two (2) years of experience with Marketing IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership and manager to reduce IT operation costs and ensure efficient management of resources.
  • Devising Product Development and IT strategy around McKesson Medical Surgical’ s Connectivity, Consumer, and Government products and services.
  • Work with the development and business to ensure minimal outage across all managed business applications.
  • Advise business on RFPs for new customer acquisitions by providing technology related benefits and use cases for products.
  • Act as liaison between Technology team and Business, translating technical requirement /constraints to high level business objectives and challenges.
  • Work with Technology Architects, Sales and Marketing, Legal, and Development team for roadmap planning of new products and services.
  • Manage technology operations for portfolio and ensure smooth functioning of all business applications in collaboration with Development and Support and Business Stakeholders.
  • Ensure technology and cybersecurity compliance for applications by making sure security vulnerabilities are remediated within SLAs.
  • Forecast effort and finance for new projects/products and ensure existing projects meet agreed performance and finance KPIs.
  • Forecast Operational expenses for technology vendors and mitigate any cybersecurity risks associated on conjunction with Information Security and Risk Management teams.
