Our Technology Manager will manage technical development, engineering standards, and improvement programs for assigned technology family, ensuring capability building, mid-term performance improvement, and consistent standard deployment across sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or technical/engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, aligned with functional skill matrix requirements.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytical and problem‑solving tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, with no mobility restrictions.
  • Strong competencies in analytical thinking, action orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering improvement initiatives and the development of standards within the assigned technology family, ensuring alignment with strategic manufacturing and business objectives.
  • Where applicable, own the development of engineering solutions, balancing performance improvements with cost efficiency and operational feasibility.
  • Manage cross‑site and/or cross‑technology projects, including planning, execution, and validation.
  • Own and manage scoped budgets for technology projects, ensuring effective resource utilization and alignment with performance targets.
  • Coordinate with site, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of engineering standards and continuous improvement practices.
  • Author, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Transfer Package (KTP) content linked to reliability learnings.
  • Provide structured design feedback to OEMs, ensuring approved changes are version‑controlled and effectively communicated across sites.
