About The Position

Accenture is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to lead complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. The role combines health payer industry knowledge, technology fluency, and executive-level client leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead transformations from strategy and mobilization through implementation, go-live, and optimization, navigate ambiguity and complex business and technology challenges, and build trusted relationships with senior client executives. As a Senior Manager, the role also contributes to developing people, growing the practice, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create additional client value. The work may involve collaboration with Accenture teams, technology partners, and client stakeholders. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience leading complex technology programs, including multiple large-scale, full-lifecycle implementations from mobilization through go-live and post-deployment optimization.
At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare payer and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, with knowledge of claims, enrollment and eligibility, benefits, and provider data management.
At least 3 years of experience engaging and influencing senior client business and technology leaders, including communicating program strategy, delivery status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
At least 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and applying technology expertise, including Agile/Scrum delivery methods, to achieve business and program outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If an associate's degree, equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading cloud, data, AI, application modernization, platform transformation, or other large-scale technology modernization programs.
Certifications or demonstrated experience with major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience applying generative AI and AI-enabled tools within technology delivery or business transformation.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar program/project delivery certification.
Experience shaping new client opportunities, proposals, or follow-on transformation work.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, large-scale technology programs and ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and achievement of client outcomes.
Advise senior client executives on program status, strategic priorities, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead cross-functional Accenture, client, and technology partner teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, including globally distributed onshore and offshore teams.
Translate business objectives and technology strategy into program plans with governance, accountability, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and escalations across organizational boundaries.
Apply knowledge of technology, architecture, applications, data, cloud, and emerging technologies to inform program decisions and connect technology delivery to business outcomes.
Improve delivery performance, processes, quality, and client value in complex transformation environments.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.
Establish and maintain communication, governance, and dependency coordination among client stakeholders, Accenture leadership, delivery teams, and technology partners.
Support practice and business growth by identifying emerging client needs, shaping opportunities, and bringing relevant Accenture capabilities and perspectives to clients.
