Technology Generalist
About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Technology Generalist to serve as the primary support resource for our employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and application issues. The Technology Generalist will also help drive technology projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and system improvements across the organization. This is a hybrid position that can be based in West Lebanon, NH or Concord, NH. The role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a community-focused bank. We are seeking individuals with help desk or desktop support experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
