About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Technology Generalist to be the main support resource for our employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and application issues. The Technology Generalist will also contribute to driving technology projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and system improvements throughout the organization. This is a hybrid position located in West Lebanon, NH or Concord, NH, offering a chance to collaborate with a team in a community-focused bank.
Requirements
- Help desk or desktop support experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
