Technology Evaluation & Assessment Lead

Command Post Technologies, Inc.•Tupelo, MS

About The Position

The Technology Evaluation & Assessment Lead is a full-time position supporting Command Post Technologies’ development, integration, operation, and continuous evolution of the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Pilot Site at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, and distributed environments. The role provides analytical, technical, operational, and programmatic support to the MDO leadership team and serves as lead evaluator for emerging technologies, mission command systems, and system-of-systems capabilities. The position plans, executes, and assesses technology integration events, interoperability evaluations, operational demonstrations, and capability assessments. It translates operational needs into measurable objectives; develops evaluation methodologies; assesses emerging capabilities; and supports priority initiatives. The role objectively evaluates system performance, identifies technical and operational gaps, assesses interoperability, and provides evidence-based recommendations for capability development, modernization, and acquisition decisions. The role evaluates systems independently and within larger operational architectures, including mission command and intelligence systems, tactical networks, sensors, communications systems, electromagnetic spectrum capabilities, and emerging technologies across air, land, maritime, cyber, space, and electromagnetic spectrum operations. It combines operational assessment methods, test and evaluation principles, data analytics, and decision support. Its primary focus is evaluating technology performance, interoperability, and operational effectiveness—not training, fielding, or instruction. Command Post Technologies, Inc. is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business providing engineering services in cybersecurity, software development, test and evaluation, and strategic planning. The company describes its culture as caring and team-oriented, with an emphasis on work-life balance, integrity, determination, innovation, communication, accountability, and resourcefulness.
