About The Position

The Bank’s Technology Development Program (TDP) is a two-year rotational development program designed to build technical expertise within Cybersecurity. Participants gain hands-on experience supporting two Cybersecurity teams over the two years, developing technical skills, business acumen, and a foundation for a long-term career in Cybersecurity. The Workforce Identity & Access Management (WIAM) team helps ensure employees and contingent workers have appropriate access to M&T systems, applications, and information. The team manages identity governance, access provisioning, and access management processes to support secure and compliant enterprise access. Team members work with technology, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to strengthen access controls, support regulatory requirements, and protect the Bank’s systems and data from unauthorized access. The program provides technical and competency-based training, mentorship, career planning, and challenging assessments. Participants complete rotations across Cybersecurity and determine a post-program assignment in a core area based on career-path design, performance, assessment, and interest.
