About The Position

The Technology Developer Graduate Program is a 1-2 year targeted, fast-track program designed to provide graduates with depth and breadth of experience in designing, developing, and improving software. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve software utilizing various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
  • Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop technical expertise in the work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate.
  • Partner with other functions and business areas.
