About The Position

This program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates to join our technology teams and contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software. Participants will gain depth and breadth of experience through a 1-2 year targeted, fast-track program, including job-based bespoke training. The role is at the heart of the business, as technology is crucial for keeping transactions moving, managing critical data, and supporting customers and clients worldwide. The program aims to empower graduates to shape the future of financial technology by advancing machine learning, leveraging Gen AI, and harnessing FinTech, working alongside industry experts.

Requirements

• Strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Ability to code in at least one language.
• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve software utilizing various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities.
• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
• Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
• Develop technical expertise in the work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate.
• Partner with other functions and business areas.
• Take responsibility for end results of operational processing and activities.
• Escalate breaches of policies/procedure appropriately.
• Take responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
• Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise.
