Requirements

Experience with two full life cycles of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience for a large program and driving it successfully.
Experience in managing large and complex implementations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and other platforms delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape
Experience in developing and maintaining overall project schedule, implement processes and structures that aid in project delivery, review overall project deliverables, manage risks and develop risk management plan
Experience in Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams etc.
Experience in Project Management.
Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR)
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions
