About The Position
We are an ever growing company with entities like Traverse City Pit Spitters, Midwest Dots, and GameTime Fun Park. With that growth, our IT department needs you! You have a basic knowledge of computers and are looking to pick up some hours each week. You are always up for learning new things and yet you are detail oriented and ok with some repetition. You work hard, play nice, and appreciate a good dad joke.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Windows.
- Good attitude.
- Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work some interesting hours in order to get the job done.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365.
- Previous experience with Linux.
- Previous experience with MACs.
- Strong baseball or sports knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic computer troubleshooting.
- Manage users.
- Conduct equipment inventory.
- Work with other departments to prepare workstations for new users.
- Clean up workstations as users leave.
- Wear many hats for different games and events.
- Tarp the field a few times.
