About The Position

Citi’s Full-Time Technology Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program beginning in July, with a robust training program and opportunities to build a broad skillset across multiple teams. Analysts work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. They develop code based on business requirements and quality standards, support testing cycles and post-production deployment, test and debug code, and participate in peer code reviews. New hires also receive cohort-based training on Citi, its tools and processes, and the technical skills needed for the role. Depending on team placement, technologies may include back-end development with Java, Python, and the Spring Framework; web and mobile front-end development with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, Swift, and Kotlin; generative AI and AI-agent tools and practices; and data analytics tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics. Program members may contribute to globally scoped projects and cross-functional teams, and receive structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities. Projects may involve digital banking, cybersecurity, and data-powered innovation.
