About The Position

Citi’s Full Time Technology Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program beginning in July, with a robust training program designed to build a broad skillset and accelerate career growth. Analysts gain exposure to multiple teams and develop an understanding of where their skills and long-term career goals best fit at Citi. Analysts work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. They translate business requirements into code that meets quality standards, support testing cycles and post-production deployment, use appropriate tools to test and debug code, and participate in peer code reviews. New hires also take part in cohort-based training covering Citi, its tools and processes, and relevant technical skills. Depending on team placement, technologies may include back-end development with Java, Python, and Spring Framework; web development with React, TypeScript, Angular, and HTML5; mobile development with Swift and Kotlin; generative AI and AI-agent tools and methods; and data analytics tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics. The program offers exposure to globally scoped projects and cross-functional teams, along with structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities. Analysts contribute to projects such as digital banking solutions, cybersecurity enhancements, and data-powered innovations.
