About The Position

Citi is hiring a Cyber Security Full Time Analyst for its Technology Analyst Program in Irving, Texas. The two-year rotational program starts in July with robust training and provides exposure to more than one team to help analysts build a broad skill set and identify a suitable long-term career path. Analysts contribute to high-impact projects across technology and cybersecurity, helping protect Citi’s and its clients’ assets and information while supporting the evolution of banking. Work may include developing digital banking solutions, strengthening cybersecurity defenses, advancing data-powered innovation, and improving customer experiences. Depending on team placement, analysts may gain exposure to microservices development, front-end web development, generative AI and AI agents, and data analytics. The program includes globally scoped projects, structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to pass technical interviews that include basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for innovation, including leveraging generative AI to address complex business problems.
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Strong communication, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach.

Nice To Haves

• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Interest in technology’s application to finance and a passion for business and continued learning.

Responsibilities
