About The Position

Citi’s Technology Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program beginning in July, with a robust training program and opportunities to build a broad skillset across teams. Analysts work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Based on business requirements, they write code to quality standards, support testing cycles and post-production deployment, test and debug code, and participate in peer code reviews. New hires join a cohort and receive training on Citi, its tools and processes, and the technical skills needed for the role. Technology exposure may vary by team and can include back-end development with Java, Python, and Spring Framework; web and mobile front-end development with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, Swift, and Kotlin; generative AI and AI agents; and data analytics tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics. Program members may contribute to globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams, receive structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities, and work on projects such as digital banking solutions, cybersecurity, and data-powered innovation.
