About The Position
The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE), is seeking IT augmentation services to support the State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft Financials system. This role involves project management, support for implementations, financial upgrades and fixes, and production support for Phase II state agencies. The supplier will provide a qualified resource to ensure the success of the State of Oklahoma's modernization efforts. The resource will act as an FCOE CORE Team member, potentially taking on both support and lead roles in various projects, given the accelerated implementation of PeopleSoft Phase II modules for numerous agencies.
Requirements
- Proficient with Peoplesoft Financials 9.2, PUM 53.
- Knowledgeable in Grants, Projects Costing, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Treasury, General Ledger, Commitment Control, and Asset Management.
- Ability to work individually or with System Integrator to identify and document workflow requirements and design a process that meets both agency and statewide requirements within Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense modules.
- Proficient in Component Interfaces, SQR, App Engine, People Code, PeopleTools, SQL Developer, BI Publisher.
- Thorough understanding of State of Oklahoma Accounting procedures, policies, and standards.
- Ability to identify risks and obstacles within a project and provide a thorough assessment FCoE, IS, CAR and other OMES leadership.

- Government experience and/or State of Oklahoma experience.
- Experience with current PeopleSoft PUM Image.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft Project Implementations.
- Protect statewide configuration and adhere to statewide accounting procedures.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with PeopleSoft Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, and Oracle for functional and technical support, as well as other CAR or external stakeholders.
- Communicate proficiently with agency, technical, and functional users.
- Update manuals, job aids, SOPs, and other documents as needed.
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, and configuration documents.
- Identify and document workflow requirements and design processes within Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense modules, in collaboration with System Integrators.
- Provide functional production support for all respective PeopleSoft Modules.
- Identify project risks and obstacles and provide thorough assessments to FCoE, IS, CAR, and other OMES leadership.
- Assist with testing patches and fixes, Financials PUM Upgrade testing, and PeopleSoft Test Framework maintenance and scripts.
