About The Position

LOF-Xpress Oil Change is committed to providing fast, friendly, and honest service while fostering a positive work environment that supports team members’ development and career growth. The Technician performs preventive vehicle maintenance services and helps deliver a positive customer experience. Training and development are provided, and successful technicians may have opportunities to advance into assistant manager, shop manager, and other leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services.
• Educate customers on recommended vehicle maintenance services.
• Work efficiently while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Learn multiple positions within the shop and assist where needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
