About The Position

Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers for residential and commercial customers. The role combines indoor and outdoor field work, customer service, troubleshooting, and product recommendations to deliver a seamless customer experience while following safety protocols. Paid training covers safety, customer service, technology, products, and on-site sales techniques. The work is highly independent, with a promotion path to Field Technician Supervisor and Site Manager.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
Ability to climb ladders, including 28–36-foot ladders, and meet manufacturer safety requirements for equipment used.
Combined body weight and 25 pounds of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
Ability to lift 60–80 pounds.
Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, and work in other potentially uncomfortable positions.
Ability to work in environments without heating or air conditioning and work indoors or outdoors regardless of weather.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.
Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a safety-sensitive role.
Customer-service orientation, ability to work independently and multitask, and willingness to learn new technologies.
