About The Position

Starfish Space is seeking a technician to support engineering teams in manufacturing flight hardware for its Otter satellite servicing missions. The role contributes to on-site assembly, qualification, and integration, using hardware and manufacturing equipment and requiring ownership, resourcefulness, and a quick approach to learning and problem-solving. The position is based in the Littleton, Colorado area and works closely on-site with Otter manufacturing partners. Travel and irregular hours may be needed as project timelines demand.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR requirements, such as a citizen, permanent resident, or designated asylee/refugee, or otherwise meet the stated export authorization requirements.
• Willing and able to work in aerospace manufacturing facilities in the Littleton, Colorado area.
• Previous experience with wire harnessing, machining, or other manufacturing processes.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where job tasks may change regularly.
• Prior experience assembling hardware or assisting with a manufacturing process.
