About The Position

Technicians support restoration and disaster recovery projects that help restore homes, businesses, and other properties after unexpected events. Working as part of a team, they assist with project and demolition site activities, follow established procedures, and use industry-specific tools and equipment to complete work safely and effectively. The work varies across projects and includes learning and applying proper restoration equipment and tool techniques.

Technicians maintain clean and organized work areas, follow company policies and procedures, and use basic computer skills to complete required documentation and communicate project information. Safety is a priority: technicians follow work-safe practices, company safety programs, and applicable legislative requirements at restoration and demolition sites.

Requirements

• Possess or be able to obtain Water Mitigation Certification within one year.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

• Restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports.
• Track expenses and time, and complete necessary work orders.
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling.
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company policies and procedures.
