About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience on the casino floor, ensuring slot-playing guests receive friendly and helpful service. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining slot-related equipment, as well as participating in the installation, movement, and removal of this equipment. Adherence to all regulations and company policies is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
  • Be able to deal with high-volume customer interactions, and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
  • Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel; seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
  • Ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
  • Utilize open body language to guests on the casino floor while patrolling; politely speak with and assist guests as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot-related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot shop.
  • Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of slot-related equipment.
  • Maintain proper logs in compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.
  • Understand, and adhere to, all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Promptly and professionally respond to all calls.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
