About The Position

This role involves maintaining a positive customer experience on the casino floor, troubleshooting and repairing slot equipment, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The technician will interact with guests, handle complaints, and ensure slot machines are operational. They will also participate in equipment installation and removal, maintain logs, and uphold safety and security standards.

  • Ability to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
  • Ability to deal with high-volume customer interactions, and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
  • Ability to build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
  • Ability to handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel; seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
  • Ability to ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
  • Ability to utilize open body language to guests on the casino floor while patrolling; politely speak with and assist guests as needed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot-related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot shop.
  • Ability to participate in the installation, movement, and removal of slot-related equipment.
  • Ability to maintain proper logs in compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.
  • Understanding and adherence to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Ability to promptly and professionally respond to all calls.
  • Ability to keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ability to ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
  • Ability to comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
