About The Position

Delivers supplies to user departments and processes requests for stock items. Maintains inventory control for assigned areas to ensure customer supply needs are met, performs data entry relating to the patient charge sheet process, and maintains patient care equipment. Performs receiving and storeroom functions, linen distribution as directed, and other duties or related responsibilities as assigned. Completes assigned goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical and non-medical supplies.
• At least 6 months of experience working with patient care supplies and equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in standard English, in writing, orally, and verbally.
• Ability to write legibly and record information accurately.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with medical supplies, including the ability to calculate usage and demand and knowledge of basic purchasing procedures.
• Working knowledge of a Materials Management Information System and general warehouse or storeroom operations.
• 1 year of relevant training.
