About The Position

In this role, you will: Lead & Supervise – Own your work, jump in where needed and provide direction and support to our team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards Oversee Daily Operations – Manage workflows, assign tasks, and ensure all maintenance, repairs, and servicing are completed on time Project Management – Keep track of the fleet, prototype builds, and test requests - ensuring we have everything needed to keep the team running smoothly Ensure Safety & Compliance – Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant shop environment by enforcing policies and procedures Optimize Efficiency – Continuously improve technician processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Cross Functionality – Work closely with

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an engineering/technician department, with a proven track record of leading teams
  • Experience working in the trucking, logistics, or automotive industries is a huge plus
  • You excel at troubleshooting challenges and finding creative solutions to keep operations running smoothly
  • You know how to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and streamline workflows efficiently
  • You can effectively communicate with technicians, leadership, and external vendors
  • You ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably autonomous vehicle or electrical vehicle experience.
