About The Position
Technician I is an entry-level lawn care role responsible for performing core aeration or aeration and overseeding services on residential and commercial lawns to improve lawn health and promote growth. The position requires basic lawn care knowledge, the ability to operate aeration equipment, and a commitment to quality service. No experience is required; training is provided. The work includes operating and maintaining equipment, transporting materials, communicating with clients, documenting service details, following safety protocols, and assisting with equipment and warehouse tasks.
Requirements

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned routes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to complete company-provided training, including safety and chemical application protocols.

- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application.
Responsibilities
- Perform core aeration or aeration and overseeding services on assigned residential and commercial lawns.
- Safely operate and maintain aerators, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Help prepare lawns by clearing debris and identifying obstacles.
- Explain services performed to clients and answer basic questions.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of completed work, equipment usage, products used, site conditions, and lawn observations.
- Follow company safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Support team members to help complete daily schedules efficiently.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and loading and unloading equipment and materials.
