About The Position
The field inspector drives around to various jobsites to observe work for quality. Also involves working with customers to ensure understanding of what work is being accomplished.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- At least two years related experience and/or training
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Knowledge of NESC Standards
- Knowledge of Aerial or underground utilities OSP facilities, construction techniques and conduit records
- Knowledge of Easement, right of way and permit documents
- Knowledge of Aerial and underground telecom construction principles
Responsibilities
- Drive a company owned vehicle
- Communicate professionally to the public
- Manage several different projects at once
- Inspect work that was done by Fugal crews in ensure quality
