About The Position

The position holder will be responsible for verifying master data entered into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrated management system. The Data Integrity Technician must ensure that the system information (data) complies with the standards defined by the company.

Requirements

College diploma (DEC) in Administration or any other relevant field
Bilingual in both official languages, spoken and written (80% of oral communication with suppliers is in English)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness
Ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Perform system checks and ensure that new data entered by various departments (procurement, sales, etc.) is entered in the correct format
Maintain ongoing monitoring of the quality, integrity, and accuracy of master data created in the system
Identify data entries that do not meet predefined standards, report them, and apply necessary corrections
Perform data cleansing, periodic maintenance, and bulk updates
Work in collaboration with process experts and various offices to resolve issues related to master data
Actively participate in the development of data management standards and procedures for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system
Document standards and communicate any changes to the relevant teams
Participate in any other projects identified by management
