About The Position

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Product Integrity Quality Lead to join the Quality Standards & Performance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). This role is responsible for ensuring the product integrity of A220 aircraft leaving the assembly line and those in service. As Product Integrity Leader, the position involves driving crucial strategic decisions to guarantee aircraft safety and quality, while demonstrating resilience under pressure to rapidly resolve critical issues. This high-visibility role requires influential leadership to shape the company’s technical and operational direction.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Management, Quality, or Engineering, and have 3 to 5 years of experience (or 10 years of equivalent experience) in fields such as Programs, Quality, Engineering, Liaison, or Industrialization
  • Possess proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills
  • Have solid experience in project management
  • Acquired technical expertise in aerospace development and manufacturing operations
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools
  • Possess excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, complemented by top-tier interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate an open mind, autonomy, and a great ability to work in a team
  • Have a sharp sense of organization and rigorous time and priority management skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively at all levels and functions of the organization
  • Fully bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Mobilize and lead a cross-functional team in charge of End-to-End (E2E) Quality Survey Report (QSR) matters
  • Drive the coordination and documentation for launching corrective actions on aircraft, in strict compliance with established processes
  • Strengthen engagement and awareness regarding the QSR process across various internal organizations
  • Optimize and manage performance dashboards to increase visibility and trigger necessary actions from key stakeholders
  • Document decisions, evaluate risks, and ensure customer protection as well as internal communication related to the process
  • Guarantee transparency on the status of active files
  • Minimize Airbus' exposure during the delivery and in-service phases, while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the fluidity and cohesion of the E2E process, fostering informed decision-making that integrates the entire value chain—from suppliers to customers and in-service fleet support teams
  • Embody exemplary professional integrity to guide the company during critical decision-making
