We're looking for a Product Integrity Engineer who's passionate about quality, performance, and continuous improvement to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the center of product development-ensuring every product meets the highest standards from concept through commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Science, Material Science, or related field
• Experience or exposure to apparel, footwear, textiles, or PPE products
• Familiarity with product safety standards (ASTM, ANSI/ISEA, EN, ISO, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work out of Dahlonega, GA

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or other data tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle
• Define and maintain testing standards and performance specifications
• Partner cross-functionally to embed product integrity into design, materials, and construction
• Analyze customer feedback, returns, and field performance to continuously improve products
• Collaborate with third-party labs and suppliers to validate testing and manufacturing processes
• Lead efforts in root cause analysis, CAPA, and validation testing
• Ensure labeling and regulatory compliance across products and packaging
• Manage integrity workflows and data within PLM systems
