About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Product Information Management (PIM), the Product Information Management Agent shall maintain and ensure integrity of all information received from suppliers, which includes but is not limited to: Updating product information in the ERP system. Updating manufacturer price lists. Respond to branch inquiries regarding data and price accuracy (via email, phone, or the internal system).

Requirements

Experience in product data management and pricing
Excellent analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
Skills in mathematics and/or data management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingualism in French and English required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the B2B electrical distribution sector

Responsibilities

Analyze, create, modify, and correct product data in the ERP system
Follow up with manufacturers to obtain the required information
Ensure that products are categorized according to internal standards
Analyze and update applicable eco-fees
Respond to daily requests for the creation, correction, and updating of product data
Price list validation through internal procedures
Build price matrixes using spreadsheet when necessary
Communicate with partners to gather missing information
Perform macros and Excel advanced formulas for price management
Write and organize product descriptions in both languages (French and English)
