About The Position

Responsible for managing accounts in a geographical area and providing assistance and training by maintaining beverage and chemical equipment in proper working order. The role installs and tests equipment and helps customers and salespeople determine the most suitable equipment or products for their applications. It provides professional, courteous, accurate, and timely communication to customers, vendors, and company personnel. The technician works as a member of the department and organization and performs other assigned duties to serve the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of equipment sales and/or maintenance experience.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of equipment sales and/or maintenance experience within the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in the geographical area and provide assistance and training to those accounts.
• Maintain beverage and chemical equipment in proper working order.
• Install and test equipment.
• Help customers and salespeople determine the best equipment or products for an application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to help correct problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
